Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Partners and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on service alerts with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
