Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

Lumen Birch Care Services Associates is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on care plans with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
