Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Transit Planning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be clinic nursing. You would join a large organisation of about 930 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on route schedules with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
