Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Nashville, TN)

Lumen Wren Care Services supports families and individuals in Nashville with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would join a large organisation of about 556 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
