Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Fox Learning Group is an education provider in Kansas City serving students and families, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
