What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
