Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
