Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on visit scheduling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
