Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on licensing with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
