Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Mill Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Charlotte, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
