Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Austin, TX)

Harborlight Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Austin area. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Austin. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
