Senior Registered Nurse - clinic nursing (Austin, TX)

Lumen Ember Early Learning runs childcare centres in Austin caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on clinic nursing. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Austin. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on classroom supplies with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
