Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Rook Learning Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
