Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Summit Medical and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions.
