Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pine Early Learning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
