Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Loom Medical is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
