Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Drift Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on survey data with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
