Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Cobalt Medical designs and makes medical devices in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
