Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Seattle, WA)

Northwind Kestrel Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Seattle, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
