Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Seattle, WA)

Summit Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Seattle, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
