Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge River Insurance is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
