Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Rook Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • BLS/ACLS certification.
