Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Sacramento, CA)

Lumen Beacon Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Sacramento. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 848 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
