Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Summit Medical and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
