Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Rochester, NY)

Bright Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Rochester with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
