Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Basin Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Reno. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
