Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on housekeeping schedules with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
