Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Corner Medical is a Minneapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
