Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Bright Medical designs and makes medical devices in Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
