Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Harbor Care Services Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
