Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Westbrook Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Memphis, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
