Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Corner Medical Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on regulatory submissions with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
