Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Harborlight Vale Medical is a Nashville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
