Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meadow Insurance and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
