Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Westbrook Rowan Health Group is a healthcare provider in Reno with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on patient scheduling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
