Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Amberfield Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • BLS/ACLS certification.
