Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Nova Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Toledo, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
