Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on student accounts with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
