Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Richmond, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
