Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Learning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
