Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
