Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Foxglove Union Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
