Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Greenridge Loom Learning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
