Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Associates is a hospitality company in Boise with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on guest bookings with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
