Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Partners is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
