Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Lumen Lakeside Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on ridership counts with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
