Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Ridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Grand Rapids caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on meal programmes with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
