Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Silverline Haven Learning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
