Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Pharma Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
