Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Harborlight Fern Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
